Sending an enquiry

Submitting an enquiry form opens WhatsApp with a message draft. You can review, edit or cancel the draft. It is sent to Vishnujay only when you tap Send in WhatsApp.

Enquiries and orders

An enquiry is a request for information and does not place or confirm an order. Product selection, quantity, current availability, final pricing, delivery charges and payment instructions are confirmed with you before an order is finalised. No payment is collected through these enquiry forms.

Send your bag as an order request on WhatsApp. It includes the selected products, quantities, and listed prices. Products marked “Price on request” need a separate quote. No payment is collected on the website; payment instructions are shared before payment.
